the dream....

I've been rolling over and over in my mind the significance of the message lived out by the man we remember today. Last night as I read a book about Luther's life to my children, today with nearly every crunch of my shoes in the snow as I ran and then as I read this blog which moved me and powerfully explored much of the spaces where my own thoughts had lingered. Today, my hope and prayer is that each of you beautiful, irreplaceable people in my life-including my siblings and future children-who have a different color of skin than I, will keep embracing the greatness God created in you. While, at the same time, releasing it to the world around you.
