Interesting how on Tuesday I went on a typical 3.5 mile run with no problems and then on Thursday I pulled 26 muscles in my leg while running to first base at the church softball game...hmmm. I feel old today.
One of the best cures for feeling old surely must be to put on a suit and play in the kiddie pool in the back yard. Or launch your children down the slip and slide so fast they land in the grass at the end. This was some serious fun...

And it helped...momentarily. ouch.
